Received a summons as a potential heir or interested party in deceased mothers home entering foreclosure. Do I need to respond if I have no interest? I'm not on the deed, note, and never have lived at the address.

You don't have to do anything. The notice is just required to tell you that you're losing your potential interest in the property. If you want, you can disclaim any interest and be excluded, but that's not required.

Thanks! I tried calling the bank's law firm and also sent them a letter declining interest but haven't gottena response.
