What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
Out of nowhere one day all at once the power went out through out my house I went to flip the breaker the lights came on very dim there was barely any power coming thru the lines. I called the power company they came out and checked the lines they said it wasn't an issue on their end that it was something in the house. I called an electrician they came out there was no issue other then there wasn't enough power coming from the line. So I called the power company again this time they replaced the meter on the house and something on the power line. Since they did that the power is fine no issue what so ever, but when this Initially happened 3 TV, stove, refrigerator, and a washer and dryer all blew up and quit working. Would the power company be liable for the damages?
