i live in georgia and have an older sister in utah. she
has had 3 mental breakdowns-2 in the last year. she has
an 18 yr old mental handicap son. they are now living in
a home with no utilities and about to be foreclosed on.
she states she can't do and don't know what needs to be
done to help herself or the son. (house should be condemned-is all full of trash and falling apart)
how can i go about and what would it involve to have me
get power of atterney over her. she has no money or
valuable properity. her welfare and of my nephew's is all
the motivation i need. i would like to see the boy in a
group home where he can live with others like him, learn
a skill and be a productive member of the community. she
don't want to "put him in a home."
please help!!!! i am desperate!!!!! thanx pat
