What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
What are a candidate's privacy rights with regards to pre-employment testing?
If a candidate fails a drug screen in California, are those results supposed to be kept confidential? I realize that certain people at the company would be privy to this information, but I am wondering there are any privacy laws that would prohibit the company (or other company employees) releasing this information to other companies within the industry?
