Greetings,

I need to understand how pre-nup aggreements actually work in Massachusetts. If I choose NOT to execute a pre-nup can I assume that basically what's mine before the marriage is still mine for at least the first 2-3 years of marriage? Anotherwords, I am selfemployed with my own company. I've been incorporated for over 6 years. If we split up within the first 2-3 years of marriage can she take or claim any part of my company? How about my retirement moneys?...
