I'm Plaintiff (1st Asst Mgr)- many writ-ups (my defense is-"targeted for termination due to age.") Targeted by numerous job write-ups (others not written up.
Was subjected to age remarks and in latter days - referred to as "Miss Nancy." I kept a journal-unfortunately I confided in 2nd Mgr and boss was told. On a hunch I told the same person I wasn't keeping a journal - thus eventual termination on another write-up.
At depo- my witnesses "could not remember anything." I had not contacted them about the lawsuit prior to their being served. So I'm on my own.
My attorney wants to meet an hour before pretrial-I'm not very confident he will get there on time and I am scared silly. What should my demeanor be at the conference. How should I answer questions? Do I volunteer info or just answer short & to the point?

I am suing for at least two years lost wages plus att. fees and other legal expenses. I just want what I feel I am due - not trying to "take" the company.
