Final dissolution of marriage judgment contains a statement that the Stipulations of the Parties and Pre Trial Statement is incorporated by reference. Final judgment was duly recorded as a recorded document with the county clerk's office. However, neither the Stipulation or separate Support Order (referenced as a separate order, but a part of the final judgment) was attached to the recorded Final Judgment.

Is this an error? If not, how could the validity of either unrecorded document be held to be the original? Hearings after the Court's entering of its final judgment have revealed the Stipulation document not existing in the Court's file, then suddenly reappearing at a later Hearing? The Stipulation was also never dated nor formally executed. The Parties "initialed" the last page of the document, however.
