What is the name of your state?OKLAHOMA

I'm searching for any type of documentation that would tell me if prepayment penalties are collectable during an active foreclosure action in the State of Oklahoma. There doesn't seem to be much case law on the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
