What is the name of your state? New York

I am currently making payments on a past due account that I have a written and notorized agreement that my ex was suppose to pay but has not and is now reporting on my credit. Is there anyway that I can keep it from reporting as paid on his credit report since he is not paying it????

You have the option of taking your ex to court. Probably small claims and you can do that yourself with a little help. However, all that will give you is a judgement which won't be of much use unless he has some assets.
