Hi,

I am disabled, [wheelchair dependant], live alone in privately owned trailer park. I have been estranged from my son by choice and for my safety for over 9 years. He has long criminal record and violent temper. He recently showed up at my door and when I asked him how he found me, he said he asked my park manager if I lived in park and she gave him lot number. I now cringe every time I hear a loud car and no longer feel safe or comfortable in my own home.

My question is did park manager violate any privacy laws and if so what can be done?

A: No laws that I know of were violated. BUT you need to call the cops and ask them about protective services for seniors in your county. You should not live in fear.

Thank you for quick response ... sheriff department is aware of situation but being is rural area they spread thin.
