I am a psychologist and work in a center the counsels juevenile delinquents. My supervisor tears open my mails even though they have been addressed to me. The address stated on the mails are to the center but fundamentally i am the receipient, which provides little justification behind his action. So my question is, are there any legal steps that i may understake to put a halt to my supervisor's action? Second question, will undertaking such an action( if one exists) jeopardise my employment?
