What is the name of your state? missouri.hello my fiance was in drug rehab for about 1 1/2 months.she was sent there by her probation for destruction of private propery.i dont think there was anything from the Judge saying she had to go.but her probation made her go and she was almost done and she skiped a class.sighned in but left.so the rehab kicked her out.when she found this out she took a couple zanax.the police came and got her from rehab and brought her to jail.my phone is in my fathers name.and he blocked all collect calls so i havent heard from her.i no shes freaking out.it there anyway she could conntact me are me contact her.the jail sayed they dont take any messages. shes in there for probation and parole violation.for being kicked out and the drugs.but they didnt drug test her as far as i know.they could just tell she was a little high.is there anything i can do to help her not go to prison? i really dont have any money so i guess i cant get a attorney.any suggestions well be greatly appreciated.i talked to her probation about house arrest and she sayed no.. that she can get drugs there.but i wouldnt let anyone bring them over.the probation officer is asking for 120 days in jail for probation & parole violation.
