What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Louisiana

Ok I have a 3rd offense DUI which came back in 2007. I wasn't brought to court until 2009 and they put me on 3 years of electronic monitoring. I have been on for 9 months now and have never had a problem. I am current with all my payments and have reported to my probation officer every month as required.

When I went on monitoring the probation officer told me that I could do whatever the monitoring company allowed and the monitoring company basically told me to just stay out of bars and do not get into any further trouble.

Last week my probation officer pulled a report to see what I have been doing the past month and I have been going places besides work and home but never to a bar or places such as that. Is this grounds for revoking my probation or charging me with a probation violation?
