What is the name of your state? New Jersey Have 10 owners in cond assoc. One member is causing problems at meeting. can we ban him from meeting he is married and his wife could still attend.Also by laws from 20 years ago have duespaid monthly. Do we need to changes by laws to collect quarterly

Most of the questions in this forum may be answered by the Association's CCR&Rs. In this case look for an article covering "obnoxious behavior." If there isn't any call an owner's meeting and create one. Be sure and add a fine. And, importantly, make sure you have a "lien collection" clause with the loser paying the attorney fees. The point is that your association covenants is the place to anticpate and solve these kinds of problems.

Otherwise, you could look into getting a restraining order for disruptive behavior.
