Hello, I have an 11 year old son and he has had problems in school for a while now, I wouldn't say it has been all year but it has been going on for a while. The school that he goes to has this whole "bully" thing, where they say that if a kid is being bullied they aren't going to put up with it. But I think personally that only is for kids that have parents with the right name. I have had to deal with my son coming home complaining on a weekly basis that kids aren't nice to him, they pick on him, calling him names, hitting him, and all kinds of things. I have pretty much had it and I want to know if there is anything legally that I can do about this? I have talked to the principal, the teachers, my son has even gone to the councelor at the school and talked to her as well, and I just don't think that me going back up there is going to do any good, they just act like I am over reacting. If anyone can give me any ideas please let me know! Thanks!!
