What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I live in a building that has an hoa and has established covenants which I did sign upon purchasing my property. My issue with my HOA is that they have accused me of having a renter at my unit and I do not. I was thinking about renting out my unit to save cash but I ended up not doing it due to concerns in the building of the board cracking down on renters. Our building has a rule that only 17 units can be rented at a time and you must have a rental permit and the waiting list for the permit is about 9 years. There are so many units in my building up for rent and in fact when I was putting mine online there were 5 others for rent. I ended up having someone move in with me instead I didnt want to take the chance. The board originally questioned me based on the add they found online which I told them was an old add and I didnt get a renter. I had somoene move in with me they sent a threatening letter saying they suspect me of a renter and that I have 10 days to request a hearing or I will be fined $25.00 a day until my renter leaves. I requested the hearing and it said they would provide one no less then 7 and no longer then 21 days from the date I requested the hearing. I contacted the Property manager and requested the hearing. She said if I faxed a utility bill in my name that would be enough proof and the issue would be dropped. I never heard from the board about the hearing. During that time the building aquired a new management company. Now the new company keeps calling and harrassing me. They say the board wants me to come in for a meeting. They give me the reasoning that the heresay in the building is I have a renter. That someone from the board doesnt see me walking my dog any more and trivial things like this. I have declined to attend this hearing because I have answered so many of their questtions about my personal life and relationship of the person living with me. I feel they have been singling me out unfairly due to my sexual orientation. I have dealt with 2 property managers have sent 4 emails answering their questions and still 5 months later they are requesting that I meet with them in person to answer questions. I do not have a renter. My HOA covenant is not specific on handling issues of supposed rental violations. They do not have a specific plan to follow of enforcing or rules. The only legal section it has is that before placing a lawsuit give the board notice so they may clear up the matter before hand. My question is what legal right do I have. How much longer can they keep questioning me about this. I have answered all their questions sent emails faxed personal documents, I have dealt with 2 property managers. I have requested the hearing which they failed to give me now 6 months later they are still calling me at work and demanding to meet with me. Based on heresay and people not seeing my dog in the building and my car not being in my spot as much. What rights do I have? Can I refuse to meet with them. I feel as if when I meet with them it will only lead to some other round of questioning and the matter wont be dropped. I think someone on the board has an issue with me personally. What are my rights here? Am I able to refuse meeting them and how can I get them to stop?
