I recently purchased a condo unit in a converted 3-family house (there are 3 units). I was designated the condo trustee and unfortunately do not know what I can do in this situation. One of the owners decided to rent out his unit. The new renter is terrible. His "move in" process took over 4 days and he did so between MIDNIGHT and 2AM! Also, evidently he was not concerned about being quiet or respectful at all. Loud music is played. Constantly has many people over. I see it becoming a problem. Do the other owner and I have to right to kick him out if this awful behaivior continues? help! thanks!!

**A: read the CC&R's and send a certified letter to both the tenant and the condo owner of the house rules violations. Also call the police over the loud music.
