I was awarded judgement as the plantiff of the small claim case against an automotive and machine shop. I have filed for the "proceeding supplemental". I know I can ask the judge to request information from the company and how to pay me. But what, if any, other questions might a plantiff be allowed to ask for? Can I request thr money I paid to go back to court to be added to my judgement?

Why?

What happened when you took your judgment to the business and asked for payment? If you haven't done that, why not?

Proceedings Supplemental is also known as a debtor's examination. Read about it on Page 18 of the following small claims manual published by the state:

Google debtor examination for sample questions that you can have ready at the hearing. You're the one who will be asking the questions, not the judge, so make sure you are prepared.

What money?
Paid to who?
