process to transfer condo ownership in New York City

My parents are going to transfer ownership of the condo I live in (which they own) to myself. It is completely paid off. I would like to do this without an attorney. I know the deed needs to be filed with the NYC Department of Finance.

Can anyone tell me what are the necessary forms, process, and what other considerations there are (additional transfer taxes, etc., UCC filings).

You can probably find a RE attorney to handle this for you for a flat fee. There are a myriad of documents, forms and hoops you have to jump through, so why take the chance on screwing it up for over a few hundred bucks? It's akin to me wanting to do my own hernia surgery. Sure, I can read about it on the internet, but when push comes to shove, I want to have it done right by an expert
