What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I purchased a car air freshener from Bath & Body Works. According to the package I could put it on the air vent, it even had a small clip just for this use. The fragrance melted in the heat and ran down my dash. The chemical melted the plastic on my dashboard and melted 2 radio buttons. The buttons no longer work. I sent a message to the company but have not yet gotten a response. I'm interested in knowing what other people would do in this situation. I'm not interested in getting my money back for the freshener or having it replaced. I'm more disgusted that my cars dash is ruined not to mention the value of my car!
