What is the name of your state? Colorado

I am selling a 1 bdr condo through a realtor. A seller's agent made a proposal. My agent has now made a counterproposal. Circumstances in my life have changed and I would like to move back into my condo and not sell. Is this counterproposal a binding contract or can I change my mind and not sell?

If the Buyer accepted the counter proposal and both you and the Buyer initialed the changes and signed the contract, then it is a binding contract. If both parties have not signed, then you can change your mind and not sell.
