What is the name of your state? florida

a person falsifies domestic violence and later signs a waiver to drop it. the accused in this case goes to trial tomorrow. when does he know if the state will pick them up or if they will drop it??

also, if she told him to sign their tax check and he deposited in their bank and she used the money towards a car, can she later charge him with forgery etc???

next chapter

he went to court today and plead not guilty, she asked to have him go home and courts said he had too many things on his record of violence. (all things she cried wolf about and later dropped) they are picking up this charge and offered him plea bargain which he denied. this girl is the violent one. she even ran up to him in a walmart parking lot yesterday, punched him in the head, stole his phone and fled. he called police but they said no witness, no mark and the phone is legally hers too since theyre still technically married. this girl is ruining his life. how can he prove he didnt hit her and get all these records dropped so he can move on with his life. all the attorneys say document everything. but he doesnt see how thats gonna make people know he didnt touch her. what are ways to prove hes innocent?

gracie said get the documentaion that the girl is bipolar however the therapist is refusing to give that up. he did however say if he had to testify he may do that. she thinks hes having an affair, she said he was going to jail so he cant talk to that girl, she writes a letter stating the so called affair has to stop and she told the lawyer she doesnt want him to go to jail but he has to learn a lesson...

so whats the best defense...?

crazy or jealous rage ???
