Need Statute Information If Any Available

Is It Legal For A Physical Therapist That Owns His Own Business, To Treat At His Own Facility. Some Of The Therapists At The Facility He Receives Treatment From Are Independent Contractors, However The Facility He Owns, Pays Them Directly?

Is There A Statute In Colorado Barring This? Is There Case Law To Support The Same?

Thanks

are you asking if it is legal for a business owner to receive services from their own business where the actual person doing the work is a contractor paid by the business?

why wouldn't that be legal?
