What information is required to invite a specialist from foreign country to work for U.S. company. Particulary - Florida. Is there such thing as some kind of guidelines for basic job contract, and if so, where would be a good place to find it ?

Your best bet is to see an immigration attorney. The process is complicated if you have no idea where to begin. Dealing with the INS is always fraught with problems and delays.

Another reason to go via an attorney is that they only allow a certain number in each year. Starting 1st of October they will only process 107,500. All it takes is one mistake and the application is sent back.. and by that time, the cap may have been reached and you are out of luck.
