i had typed about 3 paragraphs, long ones at that! and on my end, it showed where i posted it!

alas, off to work i go... i am very sorry!
my 1st has my daughter. she is a pill addict. she is pregnant. cps has been called several times(only i just found out about 2 weeks ago, except once where my wife called-i'll explain so that you don't start hollering!)
the call i know the most about is where my wife called. my daughter told us 1 night, about xanex...colors, and the various highs? then she told us(and i confirmed this with her grandparents) that her mommy attacked her pappaw with a butcher knife and chased him around, after slinging granny through a kitchen table. also, we found that my ex was dating a known drug dealer who was in jail, and was dragging my daughter to the jail. and i had also witnessed my ex forcing my daughter to call this man "daddy"(i hap'd to be there seeing my uncle).
my ex didn't see me then. anyways, my wife called with the xanex knowledge, and the fact that my wife and my ex worked together, and that she'd been fired due to drug possetion at work. well, nothing came of it. it was called a "malicious and intentional attempt at harrassment". because granny lied for mommy saying she hadn't been on drugs in a LONG time. come to find out, my ex has been in drug court on and off since she was about 16. cps has been called 5 times(4 before i even knew my wife) at this time, we lived there, we hadn't relo'd to texas yet. granny proceeded to call MY mom(all but me live in same town). granny tells my mother that she's back on drugs, has been for awhile and now she's going crazy and they want my daughter! SO, my mom calls me and is telling me what's going on, and wants to apologize to my wife(as since all was allegedly a lie, my mom nearly beat my wife). i'm paraphrasing what was said, but here's pretty much what granny said to my mother:
"my friend, the 1 who heads the cps office here in town, came over with that report that *wife* filed, and told me i needed to keep a better eye on *mommy* and make sure that whatever keeps happening, happens quietly. i was hoping maybe you could ask *daddy* to sign over his rights, so that we could take *daughter* from *mommy*. can you talk to him about it?"
well, i may live in texas, but i see my daughter for 4 weeks in summer, and i go to KY every single xmas to see my daughter, as well as for a 3 day weekend at tax time. so i exercise all my visitation, and then some. and i and my mother both know there's no way i'm giving her up, especially since granny and pappaw abuse pills also.
the issue i'm having, is that my 1st wife is an informant in the drug community. therefore, she gets away with everything! 4 years ago, she did about 350k in damage to a chevy dealership, and didn't even go to jail! she was high, and drunk and they just took her home! chevy sued, but her police record, doesn't even show it! a background check only shows her ins co sued her for the amount!
also the biggest issue, is that with granny's friend being the head lady at the agency we've learned that any reports called in, have been unfounded, and the paper work "lost"!!! i've called lawyers, and no one in the area is willing to touch her, as most know her...also with her "CI" status, no one wants to touch that either!
there's been countless times her parents have called me at 2am crying and screaming about her, and how *I* need to fix it! BUT, wth am i supposed to do? the judge said in court, the day we finished our cs/cc hearing, and said out loud
"if you were not so young and a member of the active duty military in jeopardy of being deployed, i would give you sole custody. but b/c you can be deployed, i'm allowing the mother to retain primary custody".....BUT the judge is DEAD! can i even get transcripts! idk if he said it off the record or not, but if he said it on, maybe it'd be in there?
what do i do, where do i go? especially if someone inside the agency is intentionally getting rid of reports, to protect her friend(ex MIL)?

no lawyer will touch my ex. i have NEVER done drugs. not even tried. mom said she'd kill me, and i still believe her, and i'm nearly 31...
the head woman at cps is "losing" reports on my ex, to protect my ex/x-mil...what do i do?
oh and if you mean my post in the support section, that's due to not having a lawyer for my cs case with the 2nd ex. yes, married a few times.
