Oh and just to respond.....cancer never goes away it just goes into remission. People can learn to deal with any disease that they have and make social progress with enough information about it. I dont have blackouts everyday or even every year. They scare me into disciplining my actions. I have only had two within 10 years. You see, I didnt tell this prosecuting attorney this with just converstaion. I asked her to sign a release of information. I came with proof.

Each time we have to deal with this domestic violence attorney, we bring in our own paperwork. When I said that he is not a registered sex offender, I tried to give her the search results of the court district website to show that he is not wanted. She would not even look at it.

The father of my children believes that I am the best parent to raise them. He took a gander at it a couple of times but they outsmart him and prefer my routines. They prefer their, and this may sound hard to beileve, mother's strict daily routines.

And BAY STATE GIRL, THEY ARE DROPPING IT!!!!!!!

Keep your children safe from Domestic Violence abusers and sex offenders.
Stay away from them.

The police should have notified CPS when your BF battered you; if he remains in the house, you may lose your children to Child Protective Services.

If you are 'spazzing' out and have so many mental problems, the children should be taken away for their own safety.

Is this guy worth losing your kids for ?

Someone Made A Mistake! It Was Me, I Admitted It. And Along The Way They Did Not Thoroughly Investigate As I Am Sure Anyone Would Feel Like The Police Should Do When Charging Someone With A Felony.

The Prosecuting Attorney Has Publicly Called Him A Sex Offender When Her Information Is Wrong. The State He Is Was Tried In Says So. So Now What?

The liability lies with YOU.

You are wasting public funds (by your own admission) - meaning you are wasting MINE and every other taxpayer's money with your stupidity and supposedly spazzed out behavior.
A lot of police costs, Prosecutor's costs and court costs are wasted on people like you.

You are endangering your children.

You don't need to know the 'process', in order to do more damage to the public - you need to be institutionalized.

I personally don't give a rat's patootie about you and your 'spazzisms'. But, I do care about children being endangered by being stuck in your questionable custody.

The Prosecutor should be ten times harsher than I - I'm a wuss.


CPS should be in contact with you about the safety of your children.

No such thing...its all been dropped. Looks like the prosecutor who was saying that he was a registered sex offender when he never was convicted of any such crime has dropped the whole felony!!! WOW......her lie was way worse than mine. DISMISSED

The judge warned that the state may retry him for a lesser charge. Did anyone read that? THE PROSECUTOR LIED ON RECORD ABOUT SOMEONE'S PAST AND SHE HAD TO DROP THE CHARGES. So glad that we dont have to tie anymore of the state's money up on this swiss cheese sandwich.

ps...I am only crazy when it benefits my situation....Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha....
not to make light of the situation tho....I really thought that I had a good handle on things you know? then I wake up one morning with that damned feeling of uh oh.....thank you for being so brutally honest with me about the situation. Although those lashes hurt, they are the truth. I sent the prosecutor some flowers with a big thank you attached to it.
I really felt like she had heard me asking "please dont make me tell others what is wrong with me." I could have plead the 5th if it went to court. But still none of this would have happened if i was way more responsible with my own damn self.

I am glad its over though. His lawyer said that if they come back with lesser charges that they will have a hard time sticking especially their only "witness" being, yup you guessed it me. And what happened with the boyfriend.....found out what ptsd and shizo affective disorder does , decided one omission from 3 years ago caused all this bs and involved alot of people into our quiet lives...and decided to move out. Feel horrible but grateful somewhat. He has been called many things during all this and I didnt do a damn thing.
Just to protect myownself.....some consequenses are hard to bear.
