North Carolina. Ex husband's wife purposely and willfully causing problems. Recent example: SSA charged me with fraud due to a "tip" received...she works there...I have found out by another employee at the office that she was the "tipster"...charge was invalid and I can prove it not to mention she went into confidential information she is not privy to. Needless to say, lost all of my Federal Tax Return because of it...I want to get it back, and tackle her inappropriate behavior...do I have any chance?

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

This has nothing to do with Family Law - - even though your allegations involve your ex-husband's wife. Theoretically, it could be any person doing this to you, and it would still be a Federal "criminal" matter.

Therefore, please put you post in the Criminal Law board.

Thanks.
