How is the calculation of the amount to be given out to the Alternate Payee determined at distribution time?

Here is the wording of the settlement:
An equalization of said funds shall be calculated to provide the Wife with 55% of the total value of the retirement plans as stated above and to provide the Husband with 45% of the total value of the plans as stated above.

The Husband shall receive from Wife's 401K, by way of QDRO, $45,000.00 as of the date of complaint, and shall be credited with any earnings, losses, and or other investment experience thereon as specified by the terms of the plan in the same manner as other accounts held in the plan until the benefits are distributed to or segragated on behalf of the Alternate Payee.

=====
If the 401K is now valued at $150K at time of distribution (which at the time of the complaint, was valued at $100K, what amount should Husband receive now?

Thanks

This is just a guess: $45k plus earnings to the date of division.
