What is the name of your state? Mississippi

the ex has been provided the paperwork required to withdraw the court awarded amount from the retirement plans. the decree does not state the time frame in which this has to be done, so am wondering if there is a period of time before the oder or award becomes null?I believe there is stalling in order to maintain some sort of contact and control...and i would really just like it done and over with. Any infomation regarding this would be appreciated.

Why should it matter? The ex will get the money plus earnings if it happens ten years from now. Plan accordingly.

Find an attorney and see what you can do to enforce the order as written.
