What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NYS Son was sentenced to 1-3 for violation of probation for noncompliance of CTC program, he was working the days he was not at program and has documentation, is it worth it file an appeal for this violation?

Most judges don't like to be told that there are more important things to do than court.
