What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I know you all know what's going on in my situation.

Question; I spoke with my atterny about the divorce and custody issue. Ge stated that although my child's father were the primary caregiver, we will most likely have joint physical and legal. We have a court date in Feb., I would like to know, does the joint physical mean one week on and one week off? Our child is in daycare in my distric where I live...my husband is curretly not in the home, he is living with a friend.

No it does not mean week on/week off. It means that both of you are the physical and legal custodians of the child. The time share could be an infinite number of things. Why did hubby leave the home?

Thank you...and my husband left the home due to the the court date in Feb. and because we are getting the divorce.
