What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KS

Fiance and I agreed to buy a home 3 months ago. Her credit was horrible and mine was excellent. She verbally agreed to me that if something happened before we got married and we ended up not getting married she would split the mortgage and other expenses until the house could be sold. We were recently married. My name is on the mortgage only. Are we now equal partners going forward. If we divorced in 10 years is it my house or hers?

How is the house titled? Is it in just your name?

**A: the answer would depend upon what the divorce court judge adjudicates.
