What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI

I was served a motion for contempt, within the motion are the date and time to appear in court.

In WI statute 767 (Actions Affecting the Family), subchapter III,...more specifically 767.215 Initiating action; petition and response . there is a section that reads:

767.215(2m)
(2m) Summons, content.

767.215(2m)(a)
(a) Except as provided in par. (b), if only one party initiates the action and the parties have minor children, the summons served on the other party:

767.215(2m)(a)1.
1. Shall include notification of the availability of information under s. 767.105 (2) and of the contents of s. 948.31.

This motion filed by my ex's attorney does not include the information specified in 767.215(2m)(a)1

not a word about it,

soooo, what is my proper response to this statutory requirement not being followed? Do I file a motion to dismiss?

File a motion to dismiss and quote that section as well as why his summons is not proper.

Thank you OG...btw did you get a chance to check skeletor out?

and I am correct in thinking that a motion with a court date and time specified is a summons right?

Sounds like a summons to me. And no I did not get to check skeletor out. Not since the wedding. Is this a different check out?

What have you supposedly done that would require a motion to show cause?

And yes, I did check out the post. Hopefully you printed it all out, right? If not, I'll go do it.
