I have filed a chpt 13 that is 3 months into payments. My psychotic STBX filed a claim against me. I listed her as a $0 debtor due to the fact the divorce is not done. She in turn filed a $96,000 claim against me. She asserts her claim is non-dischargeable debt under Section 523 (a)(5) and Section 1328(a)(2). I tried looking these up but did not find a clear answer. Can anyone help?

Ok.. so she's basically saying that you're trying to have some form of spousal support discharged.

The divorce isn't final yet, right ? What are the arrangements/agreements as far as 'spousal' support so far, if any, in the divorce ?

Is she trying to say that the property she has to now pay for is part of a spousal support agreement ? Or is there more than the property she's bitching about ?
