What is the name of your state?Pa

I know someone here will know the answer for me.

The basics: Prior landlord tried to screw us over, however, I kept all proof, receipts, and everything, from when we lived there, and when they threatened us, I informed them of such, so they dropped everything.

I still have all of this paperwork, this November will be 3 years since we moved out. My question is, how long do I need to keep this stuff, until we are past the point of them trying to sue us or something? I was unsure if it would fall under the PA 4 year statute of SOL for debt collections, or if this would all fall under something else, I wanted to double check, so I don't get rid of it too early, and find myself in court, with no proof of their antics.

And no, I would not put it past these people to wait it out a few years, thinking I have forgotten and gotten rid of all my records, and then try to sue me for something. They have done it to other tenants before, which is why I have kept every scrap of paper I had from renting there.

Thanks in advance!
