What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I just viewed the docket details on my case in my online account.
Since the order was issued(I am the payee) I noticed these "actions" have occured numerous times. What do these actions mean? I think the second line means for payor's employer to garnish wages? Thanx for any help.

UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION ATTACHMENT ORDER TO MODIFY ISSUED
ORDER EMPLOYER TO ATTACH DEFENDANTS INCOME
UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION ATTACHMENT ORDER ISSUED

What it means is they modified an order garnishing unemployment to garnishing employment wages.

As you can tell from my handle I am having difficulty understanding that.:)
What and why is that process? I was thinking all this time there was a simple deduction from the payor's paycheck. What does "unemployment" have anything to do with this?
Thank you for explaining.

Hmmm. That is interesting. Beginning of 2008 she received info from Unemployment stating that she owed money back to the state as she received when she should not have in 2007.
The last "order to modify unemployment compensation" occured in July of 2008.
Does that mean she was receiving unemployment benefits? I mean she has been steady at her current employer since March of 2008:confused:
