What is the name of your state? Ca.
In 1994 my father made out a living will in which I was named co-executor.In Febuary,2004 my father was diagnosed with dementia by his primary physian. During the months of June and July,2004 my brother and sister in California gained medical POA and my father's homes Grant Deed in which I was named co-executor as well, was signed over to my brother and sister. This transaction was notarized with the understanding that my father was in possession of his mental faculities. I am not currently listed on my father's Grant Deed and my brother and sister deny the exsistance of the living will.
What legal recoarse do I have to insure my fathers final wishes are followed?
What legal standing might I have to reverse my brother and sisters actions?

Living Wills do not have executors, they have medical POA if so stated and are in effect while a person is alive. You need to seek council from a probate attorney.
