Question regarding sale of footage

Hello, I am a professional fighter. Recently footage from 2 of my fights were sold to a national TV network without my prior knowledge. I learned of this when others seen it on TV and informed me.

The promotion also changed ownership since one of those fights has happened.

I do not believe the contract I signed mentioned the rights of the video footage. I did not receive copies of the contracts as they were signed at weigh ins and handed back to the promoter. I know insist all contracts are sent to me prior to events.

Here are my questions.

If I request a copy of the contract, are they required to give it to me?

If I confirm there is no mention of the rights of the footage, can they legally sell it to a national TV to be aired?

I own my own business and am concerned about the affect it may have.
