It has been some time since I posted last, but with school getting ready to start I had a question. Is the school obligated to inform both parents regarding school information or is it the CP's job to inform the NCP?
In my parenting plan (Missouri), it states that the CP is to inform the NCP of all school information. It also states that, if possible, the NCP should request the info, offering to pay a fee if necessary to ensure that the info arrives.
My ex complained that I sent too much or not enough, so I simply sent an authorization letter to school asking that they send him any and all information that he requests.
