What is the name of your state?Minnesota

hello..
my husband is filling out questioneers for the court evaluator.
He has been deprived parenting time..would it be proper when answering the question regarding that,to put that he has been alienated from his child?

Your husband has only been alienated from his child if his child truly wants nothing to do with him. Denying visitation and alienation do not automatically go hand in hand.
