What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL I just learned today that Ohio has finally registerd my case and sent it to the proper county. That county CSE called me and verified, they told me they would be setting up a hearing and have my x husband come in and basically tell where he is working etc. This is an interstate CS case, since I live in FL. Its my understanding that Florida will retain jurisdiction of the Order and Ohio is going to help enforce the Order. My question is does anyone know if Ohio can or would change my Order, for example if x goes into the hearing with one of his sob stories about not working etc. could Ohio modify the Order without notifying Florida or myself their intention of doing so? He has not paid a dime in six months. I would hope if the above scenario took place they would order him to seek work before they monkeyed with the exisisting Order but I am not sure how Interstate CSE works, all new to me.
Anyhow, if anyone knows the answer, I appreciate it.
