What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York State. The Metropolitan Transit Authority New York City bus had the left signal lit up, but was still in the bus stop. I got a question, does a car driver need to let a merging Metropolitan Transit Authority bus into the car driver's lane?

Did you receive a citation? If yes, then please tell us what you were cited for. Thank you.

ETA: Post Hx. FYI - this is the "Minimum Speed" guy.

I did not receive a citation, but was curious whether the car driver has the right of way or not.
