colorado, what do i do when my son's dad says anything to make him look good and me look bad. even lie. he lied to get me to court, he lied to a police officer to get my son.
in our stipulation it has ours rules that we are supposed to follow. it also states that we can have verbal agreements. both my son's dad and i have him every other week and this week was his except the 4th was my day we agreed that i would have him from the 4th til the next friday 13th. he went back on the agreement and sent a police officer to my house saying that i refused to give him my son. and that we didn't have any agreement. i give my son to his dad when ever we wants him for weddings birthdays when it is my turn to have him. what can i do so he quits lying to get his way?
