What is the name of your state? WI

My attorney has sent me the interrogatories requested by the other side, just wondering how detailed I need to be with this, the first question I am already on page 2 due to referencing the appropriate statutes regarding the GAL performance, or lack thereof  . I am just wondering if I am making this harder on myself than it needs to be....I just have to send this back to my attorney, so I am wondering if I am thinking too much about this, at the rate I am going this will end up being a novel....

any advice?

You dont have to be detailed. Only give the answers to the questions they ask. Period.

Going into a speil on interrogatories is like running your mouth in a depo... you can say too much and not realize it.

Short, concise, to the point.

Thank You- I was driving myself crazy referencing all these little sub-points of what wisconsin law say a GAL is supposed to do in a case!
