My daughter is 18 yrs old and is in her senior year of high school.She still lives at home and I am still receiving child support for her. What I would like to know is will I continue to receive child support for her until she graduates or will it stop when she turns 19yrs. old which is in feb.2006.She graduates in june2006

If the support order is silent on this point, then you may have to go back to court to get the judgment modified in your lawsuit.

You also really need to see a family law attorney to make sure what the state statutes say about this situation.
