What is the name of your state?New Jersey
My farther was living in Florida for the past 5+ years. During that time there was a Quit Claim Deed written up with with 6 names on it for his condo he was living in. It was written up June 2004. Now my father decieded to move back to New Jersey. The Question is can the condo in Florida be listed & sold
without getting all of the signatures. Thank You

Would you like to come back here and write down EXACTLY HOW the names on the deed are listed?
