I have a condo in Florida. Recently following heavy rain I noticed water stains on the wall below a skylight type window. After reporting it to the association a man came over and went up on the roof and found cracks in the wooden frame allowing rain to come in. He repaired and caulked the cracks. Is the assoc. responsible for repairing/repainting the wall?
