I found a razor blade in the tortellini noodles I cooked last night. I found it after I boiled the noodles and before I fed it to my kids, so no inuries occurred. I want to make sure this doesn't happen to another family in which it gets to the child's plate. Are there any legal ramifications in Ohio to assure this? And are there any legalities for subjecting my family to the danger?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

You didn't suffer damages, so no not really. See, you noticed it before you fed it to them. The only damages I see is the amount you paid for the noodles, total meal prepared. This is the area of products liability.
