Recently a lien was put on my bank account. My bank gave me the information,and I did not receive not notification of a summons or judgement. Can I get this judgement voided or re-tried, the debt is from a dentist that did not complete the work on my teeth because I had such a horrible experience with him. the lien is for $761 but the bank is holding double that. What should I do? How will this procees drag out? will they get more than the $761. I called the Lawyer and he is a real *******. I have a 18month old to feed and car insurance to pay, besides rent ect... The dentist started the work 6yrs aga and I have not been to a dentist since because of the bad experience. I should have sued him back then
