What is the name of your state? Oregon

I included my divorce attorney on my bankruptcy because I owed him $3,000 and couldn't pay him. I had my 341 meeting and I'm waiting for my discharge.

I am now in need of more help with my divorce that has been going on now for a year. The attorney in my bankruptcy is well aware of the issues and would be able to jump in.

I'm thinking about offering to reafirm the debt if he will finish the divorce. Is this something that I can do?

I don't have enough money for a retainer and since I live in a different state then the one that the divorce is in, I am having a very hard time finding an attorney.

I am not a bankruptcy attorney, but I doubt if you will be able to find any attorney to take your case (considering your history) without a pile of cash up front.

Yes, you can reaffirm the debt to the divorce lawyer. Reaffirmations have to be approved by the court if you don't have a BK lawyer.
